Offshore Partnership is a system of hiring software
engineers / web designers where the foreign partner will hire
the offshore software engineers / IT Professionals of WestOnyx
Software on contract basis. The contract may be on (a) hourly
basis or on (b) Monthly basis
The foreign partner will interview, select and instruct the software engineers based at WestOnyx Software development center, India. We have expert software engineers pre-selected by us for dedicating towards work of foreign partner. In this model the Client will be directly monitoring, managing and instructing online programmer(s). This leads to increased transparency and a higher rate of understanding the goals and requirement that have been prescribed by you. This also leads to reduced costs and increased productive output from our programmers.
Foreign partner can work closely with their offshore software engineers through Skye, chat, phone, email and conference calls. Several past and existing clients have been highly satisfied by the ease of managing their software engineers remotely through these communication channels.
